Attorney Experience in Circuit Court Mediation Programs for Civil Non-Family Cases
The Maryland Judiciary’s Mediation and Conflict Resolution Office (MACRO) has commissioned research to deepen our understanding of practicing Maryland attorneys’ participation in circuit court referred civil (non-domestic) mediation programs. We will use the aggregated information from the surveys to help us improve our efforts to support high quality mediation services in the courts.

We have engaged the services of Salisbury University’s Bosserman Center for Conflict Resolution to conduct this study. The Bosserman Center will collect and analyze the survey information and will submit only aggregated data to our office. Your identity will not be traceable or known to anyone at MACRO or to anyone in the Maryland Judiciary.
